I redesigned my #oc pals Rod and Nellie for Mr. MacGuffin's One-Stop Wondershoppe, a project I've had in the works for a while. I'm not happy with the color schemes, but these are some of my favorite designs for them so far!
A tall, angular boy with a frown and dark circles under his eyes next to a chubby, short, peppy-looking girl with a smile on her face. Rod (the boy) is a cynical boy whose family owns a mysterious shop; he is a lightning rod for the paranormal but detests it. Nellie (the girl) is a folklore-obsessed dreamer who meets Rod and becomes friends with him.
