D'accord.
There are laws forbidding UK citizens from owning gold bullion, the same should apply.

We're in France, so it was 2200-2300 here, 2100-2200 in UK.
What time do you send your 11 and 15 to bed?

A man who really should "stop digging."

That ship sailed a decade ago! What's needed is transparency and genuine impartiality. So, ALL politicans to be questioned and challenged, not giving some a free pass to preach.
Experts and think-tank reps to declare their qualifications and funding.
Real-time, onscreen fact-checking!

Traitors! Remoaners! Woke lefties!

Do they do reviews on politicians and their parties - based on how they run local councils?
November 10, 2025 at 6:34 PM
I've come across quite a few - on here! - but I'm no nearer to giving the title any, er, "content!"

Saw your "like" on a comment, and recognised the shape on your profile! Back in the day, when we bought 2nd hand 45s that'd been used in juke boxes, they'd had the middle knocked out. We needed one of these to play them on a normal turntable.
But why is it your profile pic?

As a minister, I usually had responsibility for organising our local Remembrance service.
I remember one time having to tell the CO of the Army Cadets that rifle drill wasn't acceptable at the War Memorial!
(He accepted it from me, as he knew I was padre to the Air Cadets.)

I commented while we watching that I don't remember another period in my life when we had SO many living ex-PMs.
Then I remembered why.

You've misunderstood the abbreviation. It's an Underpowered-Sodding-Bastard kettle.

France has separate public holidays, 11/11 and 8/5, for the two World Wars.
The UK bundles them up with all the other conflicts we've sent people to since!

That's nothing. Motorway service areas have cleaners trained to do surgery in the loos!
"Male and female cleaners operate in these toilets."

There was no need for any of them to be there. We've got this 'tinterweb thing now. You can do meetings from home.

No, that's one bit of real Latin you'll never hear from The Johnson (pardon the US slang)

So the Beeb gives Deform even MORE unchallenged airtime.
