gotta love googling "muscular anatomy chart" to do some debugging and getting back images that are all too low res to read the text because they're all on fucking store pages trying to sell me a laminated chart instead of just like giving me an image of one

today I held my gf as she sobbed over being unable to afford groceries for years, starving herself to make rent. like ya do. in retrospect, it'd have been easy to help with this much earlier, but girl's a survivor. not in her nature to ask for these things and it felt normal to her.

Random tip for any fellow pain havers (specifically fibro where tension is more of a factor than inflammation)
If you use an impact massager, try using a marker on tender points/bands you hit! It's been very useful info for specialists to get an understanding of what's happening structurally.

Just letting you know I'm not going to be in the office this week. I just reviewed our pet policy and apparently coyotes aren't allowed in the building. (or in the state I guess??)
Maybe on-leash and muzzled would be ok? I'll check with the building manager.

Just letting you know I'm not going to be in the office this week. I just reviewed our pet policy and apparently coyotes aren't allowed in the building. (or in the state I guess??)

hot take I know, but: health insurance sucks so much. Just heard my insurance won't be paying for PT (beyond the approved sessions) for an unknown condition I've been dealing with since September, despite it being unlikely to be resolved soon, so I'm rationing out the appts I have left
