After trying for 4 years many of us have given up trying to influence this. Losing battle - utter failure of leadership at the top of infection prevention which has been laid bare at the Covid Inquiry.

Sean, my Ambulance colleagues weren't even wearing masks this week bringing in patients who tested positive for COVID. Only 15% of colleagues have had a flu or COVID vaccine locally.
If healthcare can't follow science now we're in big trouble this winter.

If only govt & NHSE would sort #CleanAir in healthcare settings. This would reduce number of NHS staff being ill & unable to work, reduce poorly patients & the length of hospital stays-thus freeing up beds, reducing pressure on ED/ambulances & electives! #FutureProofOurNHS
