I don't normally tap people for money because I like to run.
I've also been unable to run like this for a while.
Events this week though have spurred me to do this to raise awareness and funds for healthcare in Gaza.
The ones being deliberately targeted.

I'm not sure that the drive to "specialist care" in the NHS can be described as a successful strategy if it's only available for 5 days a week in office hours.
So much emphasis on "demand management" for patients to not go to A&E.
What about other bits of healthcare?

Unfortunately not in the UK.
UK also one of few countrues showing no reduction of tourists to US.
This is a worry, I reckon it shows UK full of MAGA Wannabees.

Do you work in EM, but are nervous about dealing with all this "Neurodiversity stuff".
Don't worry, we're all a work in progress, the important thing is you're doing the work
This day might help along that journey.

Privatisation in NHS.
So there's £169 million of tax payers money gone to private providers as profits.
Think I might have found a better use in say, funding primary and social care better tbh.

Great talk from Prof Shweta Gidwani
This happens every day.
Lots of people in the NHS spend more effort trying to turn down contributing to patient care than actually offering to help because of toxic silo culture.
Specialism has worsened this.

For EM docs this is like making anaesthetists work without a CO2 monitor and a sats probe.
You know someone will die, but you're being told to just get on with it.
God forbid we speak the truth, better just pretend it's normal.
