I've been absent from #Bluesky for about six months, ever since I learned of the platform disproportionally silencing Palestinian voices.
I'm not sure what my course of action will be, this is not something I stand for, this is not the environment the @excelsiorclub.bsky.social aims to foster.

In celebration of #PrideMonth the #ExcelsiorClub is reading Our Dreams at Dusk: Shimanami Tasogare by Yuuki Kamatani. An heartfelt depiction of #LGBTQIA+ characters from different backgrounds finding their place in the world.

It's been a hot minute!

The #ExcelsiorClub took a forced brake in it's activity but it's officially back!

Our next meeting is on the 25th of May at 2PM GMT+1, and we will be discussing Hell is a Squared Circle by Chris Condon with art by Francesco Biagini.

Finally, to announce our next read on Bluesky, the #ExcelsiorClub #ComicBook club will meet on the 9th of March of 2025 at 14:00 GMT, to discuss the X-Men: God Loves, Men Kills by Christ Claremont. A powerful story that deals with themes of prejudice, intolerance, and the fight for equality.

On Sunday, the #ExcelsiorClub gathered for another meeting of its #ComicBook club to discuss The Butcher of Paris by Stephanie Phillips, and Strange Skies Over East Berlin by Jeff Loveness. (1/3)
