I am left with a great deal to think about, and some really strong feelings. And yes, it was absolutely worth the watch.

I make huge batches because, like I said, it's a bit of a PITA. I wasn't really happy with any of the pre-mixed flours in the store, but you might be- or at least look at their ingredient lists to see what goes into them (they're all a little bit different). Hint- no leavening for pasta flour.

I have several, but they are not published, and would take forever to write out here. There's a ton on the interwebs, and I just played around with them until I found out what GF flours worked best for me, which ones I could mill myself, and what ratios to use to make pastas I like.

I live in a town 10 minutes away with a higher average income level, and she lives in a small town with a much lower average income level where almost every small business has been shuttered except for the Stop N Go convenience store and gas station, which has even higher prices. Make it make sense?

Wait until you dig into the Wheat allergy stuff- and how many people think Celiac and Wheat allergy are the same thing. And how many people- even some physicians- refuse to believe you can have an anaphylactic reaction to wheat. And how many people don't know that white flour is made from *wheat*.

Yeah, it's why I can't just pick up a GF pizza at a pizza shop that happens to have it on their menu. Because the regular wheat flour I am allergic to is *everywhere*-in the air, on the counter, on and in the boxes they put the pizza in, on the napkins, on the door handles to get into the shop. 😭

But you *do* have to follow the cooking instructions to a T to keep it from turning into a pile of sticky mush and all of the starch leaching out into the cooking water.
I do make my own GF [pasta from scratch using my own GF flour mixes that I mill myself- but it is a bit of a PITA.

As a person allergic to al things wheat- I have to eat GF everything. And for ease and convenience (relatively easy to find and reasonably priced) Barilla GF pastas aren't bad. Not "OMG the BEST thing ever!" but not something I have to choke down.

Soda Stream, or a different brand? I keep looking at them, because I love fizzy (NA) drinks, but I am never sure which one is worth buying.

OMG- I found it. But... it's $40.00 USD for a 6 pack of 12 fl oz bottles.

And suddenly it seems less appealing. 😭

Okay- not on every video. On *some* videos. And I truly wish that whoever is clicking the "opt-in for smiley emotes on thumbs up" button in their Creator dashboard would have an angry nun with a really big ruler show up every time they try to click it.

And California needs to keep their new maps if no court throws it out for similar reasons. That would be the devil saying "Yeah, I am done with you too.".

Yeah, I wish I could do that. I have a bad leg and use a cane to stay balanced while walking, and orthostatic hypotension, so looking directly up at something if I do manage to reach it makes me almost pass out. So I have to listen to it until someone else wakes up. Annoying for hours and hours...

but the non-stop chirp (2 seconds later) chirp (58 seconds later) chirp (2 seconds later) chirp... until Cassie woke up and heard them was annoying as...

For 4 1/2 hours straight. 😭
