Keynesianism is like Ozempic in that it's something that works but makes people mad because they want moral hazard to be involved
There’s a certain kind of person who thinks Keynesian stimulus is “putting off” a necessary correction and I’m always amazed how many of them there are.
What if MAGA did the Great Leap Forward?

We need this in DC very badly
“The MTA as a whole is averaging 448K more public transit riders per day this year…The MTA ridership growth since congestion pricing went into effect is almost 50% larger than the total ridership of America’s next-largest subway system.” bettercities.substack.com/p/congestion...
Congestion Pricing is a Policy Miracle
Which is exactly why Trump wants to get rid of it

I say again: any Republican in congress with an ounce of integrity would switch parties immediately. They are complicit, sadistic cowards. Every single one.

Black History Month and Pride won’t end as long as we still celebrate it. Despite its posturing and need for control, they can’t control what we value and celebrate.

Chasing points halfway through the 2nd quarter is an odd choice, isn’t it?

That whole national anthem… scene… looked like something from a mockumentary

Why are college football schedules being released right now? There’s not much to be done about the transfer window (academics) colliding with bowl season (tradition, Gregorian calendars). But schedules could be something to talk about in February/March.

Look, I know the smart thing to do is say “college football is pro football now!!!” And hire some ex front office types to manage “payroll”, but I think some of them are gonna be surprised how hard it is to work in a world without a CBA, public data and uh….rules?

It’s not apples to apples!!

Do all cougar/wildcat/tiger/etc. teams have unique .wav files for their little “roars,” or do they share IP?

I would house a cougar tail right now.

Not to pile on, and I know I’m late (I didn’t get to watch live), but wasn’t that the Will Howard that Big 12 fans saw? Very good, not title-contender-OSU great? He never seemed like a huge upgrade over McCord to me. It was a weird “get” for Ryan Day out of the portal.

Why is Memphis punting with 18 seconds on the play clock? And then again with 20+ on the play clock? Is the Bears coach running their clock management?

The AAC needs Tulane to win this. I’m sure that won’t factor into this review at all.

🚨FLIGHT TRACKER ALERT 🚨
