According to @cnn.com, ATF reassigned 80% of its special agents—who normally investigate gun crimes and police the gun industry—to carry out the Trump Administration’s immigration “crackdown.”

This shift in priorities makes us all less safe, and will lead to more guns falling into the wrong hands.

Seven years ago today, a gunman armed with a Glock pistol opened fire on patrons at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, killing 12 people and wounding another. One of the fatal shooting victims, Telemachus Orfanos, survived the Route 91 Las Vegas shooting the previous year.
