I'd like to issue a formal apology to the community manager of the powder company for having sent this message but please do answer fast:
This is a message sent from a company's website contact form saying: "To whom it may concern, I have noticed that for the past month, most of your powders have been out of stock. I just wanted to check if they would be back in stock at some point or if you had pivoted away from making powders to focus on the drinks?
