speaking from experience,if your "staying informed" or whatever goes into "updating the feed every few minutes to be up to speed and suffering" then all you're doing is hurting yourself. keep your nerves for living and helping those you can. that'll be a much better use of them

A few years ago my dumbass sat down and drank four Reign Energy drinks in one sitting. Packed with amino acids and crap, the stuff that's supposed to go in you before you work out. 1200mg caffeine in one sitting, without any food. I did not sleep for 39 hours, and was nauseous but not actually sick.
