I’m only going to share one of my Star Wars opinions, and it’s that Han and Greedo simultaneously shot each other and both died

So far I just think my main advice is take it slow. My body so badly wants to try and kick the way it did when I was 16 but I literally can't without hurting myself. It's okay to just practice technique and stretch and rebuild. I believe I'll get there eventually.
