In the last month, I've slept from 7-9 hours a night. It's still variable, but the duration is better. I'm in a routine, which makes a difference. Sometimes, I still need a nap during the day. but this summer, my sleep was regularly 0-4 hours a night & no naps unless drugged. #bipolar
