Here, windows get several a year and I can't find an easy way to stop birds flying into them. Often, you see the bird just before it bounces and it doesn't appear to be looking where it's going. Mainly because it's bickering with another bird. My cats get the odd Wren, but mainly mice/voles.

They tried twice to get me to join, but I never got around to filling out the application.

We do have one or two resident thrushes, and there's quite a few extras about at the moment, by the sound of it. This one is/was a Song Thrush, I think.
Luckily, it wouldn't have known anything about it.

Mine does that sometimes. Actually, the fault isn't my toaster, but a high resistance to earth.
