The geniuses didn't block all the IP addresses of the CDN, sometimes it routes to the one that still works. Add this to your /etc/hosts, it will always resolve to the one that's not blocked:

Found the culprit. The CDN IP addresses (bunny.net) are explicitly blocked in Lithuania by RRT decision, because they were used by filmai.in:
