I think that just having constructive conversations with people is not really creating an echo chamber....it's quite liberating actually, but the Block and Mute functions are a real game changer. 🙂

I think it's fair to say we are getting slightly conned by the BMA. Full Fact gives a good breakdown of what it all means here, and although I appreciate they need to have their T & C's improved, I won't be supporting them this time . fullfact.org/health/resid...

Another people smuggling gang has been arrested this week.

They are accused of smuggling over 500 people in to the UK and exploiting them once here. The ring leader is believed to have had £1.3m passing through his bank account, despite earning £35k, showing the large sums they take from victims.

The emergency services, teachers and railway workers are my priority. Not a handful of multi millionaire landowner farmers threatening our food supply because they don’t want to pay a bit more tax, which is still less tax than most of us. Not making any money? Shouldn’t have voted leave then.

In a further backing for the Labour government's approach, a survey of CEOs from around the world has found the UK has now become the second most attractive country to invest in, behind only the US.

This is the UK's highest ever ranking in the 28 year history of the survey.

The FTSE 100 jumped 1.6% today to a record high.

That suggests a good level of economic stability and confidence in the UK. It will boost the value of investments and pensions and overall should give companies the confidence to grow...

...so expect to hear little of this across the media.

More good news about the UK economy, as the IMF upgrades their forecast of UK growth this year to 1.6%.

But look at these top stories - the Telegraph the IMF downgrading growth - but that was last year, when the Tories were in power for half of it & their polices impacting the majority of the year.

The suggestion here is that sales value has gone down, but sales volume has gone up.

If true, that means prices are lower.

Is that not good news for people who are still suffering from the Tory choas that lead to 10% inflation?

This is a real contradiction of what is required for education in Norfolk when it is also apparent that many towns and villages will have to cope with rising numbers. It's all laid bare and explained in the article....but there is a plan...apparently. confused.com
