Saw a site yesterday that curated old Geocities webpages, and it was like briefly glimpsing an alternate, better dimension.

In this fragile world, Sukkot reminds us that safety comes best from solidarity, from making peace with neighbors, from being good hosts & guests, from sharing food, from remembering that we are small & precarious, from worshipping what is holy. Not from building walls and making war.

If this passes, we can finally have our root vegetable-based food stand outside the SR office called “Street Roots”. So if that speaks to you, you can testify in favor of this.
