One of my favorite NYC tricks to show newbies & out-of-towners during rush hour is to split off fm the group taking cabs and arrive at the destination before they do.

And by tricks I mean mass public transportation

School play gets canceled for "inappropriate content".

In response students write [REDACTED], their own anti-censorship play skewering the school district, sells out performances, and ultimately takes gold at the Lenaea High School Theatre Festival.

@nytimes.com bringing out arguably one of of the worst guys who has ever written about r&b and hip-hop to comment on a performance that he doesn't even have the vocabulary to perceive is 🤌🏽.

Let's not forget that the UHC guy who got Luigid was in charge of the Medicare unit when it saw its largest profit ever and was also under investigation for fraud.

UHC wasn't simply over-billing. They were making up procedures not provided by doctors and billing the govt for it.
And let's be clear that Medicare 'fraud' is largely done by health insurance companies (e.g. Medicare Advantage plans) and health care executives (e.g. Rick Scott). www.nytimes.com/2022/10/08/u...

The whole point of a bureaucracy is the conservation of inertia. I've had government applications that cost me hundreds of $ returned to me because I i wrote "N/a" when I should have just left it blank. And then had to pay the fee again.
And now admins are just handing over data to uncleared bozos?
