Stars have moved Duchene and Erne to LTIR.
At least one move had to happen to activate Jamie Benn (which seems all-but-certain to happen tomorrow), but they could technically have recalled Kolyachonok without doing both.
Doing both creates a whole lot more cap space to work with.
