eboshi is a banging example of a very underrated character archetype: person who is caring and brave and right about everything (ie correctly interprets everything they can see), but whose desire to overcome all limitations combined with their affinity for violence leads them to take wrong actions

I spent today at a good buddy’s house watching his re-cut version of the three Hobbit movies that excludes everything except the Hobbit parts, and we ate Domino’s pizza, so yes, it was a Super Sunday and I loved every minute of it.

Matthew Seminoff just followed up a huge Poirier pad save with a painful shot block--then he hit the post on the empty-net attempt that would have sealed the victory. Icing, with 15 seconds left.
