The UK pxp guy on Sweden/Finland is diligently pronouncing Swedish names like Holmberg "Holm-ber-yeh" and it's amazing. It's less like he's doing play-by-play and more like I'm watching the game by myself in the arena, listening to one end of an unrelated phone call. Lundell/Lindell trips him up.

Given that Swayman also played at Worlds, which Guerin has said is a big determining factor, it seems pretty clear that Oettinger is probably the third goalie in this tournament for now. He’s scratched today.

eboshi is a banging example of a very underrated character archetype: person who is caring and brave and right about everything (ie correctly interprets everything they can see), but whose desire to overcome all limitations combined with their affinity for violence leads them to take wrong actions
