Not kidding! I watched TERF rhetoric evolve over the years, like this:
- Sex is genitals!

- Sex is hormones/brain/etc!
> changeable
- Chromosomes!
> they're quite complicated. So.. 32 sexes?
- Gametes!
> Can be absent/combined. Four sexes?
- Uhhhh... "intended" gametes!

As my colleague @sianberry.bsky.social pointed out in her question to Streeting, #PubertyBlockers are approved for use as safe for intersex young people, and those experiencing early puberty. So targeting this ban only on trans youth is, at heart, discriminatory
