Too many solutions to executive (or judicial) overreach is impeachment -- which doesn't work when your legislature wants the other branches to do all the work, and when holding your side politically accountable pays zero political dividends. Better to white knuckle through.

1. Work with states and regional planners to streamline the process for developing & IXing new resources quickly.

2. Depending on the state's situation, look at changes to retail rate structures or regulate wholesale payments to gen

3. I can't say due to FERC ex parte rules.

but from just a "managing employees successfully" standpoint -- Bloomberg blows almost everyone in the country out of the water and Wilson has less experience than a manager at a Chili's.

My prediction as always is that Wilson will do a bad job bc it's a hard job that most everyone does poorly.

If nothing else, 20+ years of a weak economy created an entire generation of hiring managers who are used to easy pickings bc of a weak labor market. An entire generation of financial and business types whose business models rely on interest rates that are near zero, etc, etc.

It is fairly obvious that Trump is engineering a recession, Ds want a recession to cause Trump to lose, that a major component of our plans for managing the electrical grid is a recession, that our housing affordability plan is a recession ...

The location of major media outlets has distorted the discussion on housing (and immigration). Housing affordability is not a major problem in economically depressed regions away from superstar cities. Jobs and medical care availability, etc are.

What makes a banana republic a banana republic is not any prosecution of the outgoing administration, but baseless, politically motivated prosecution. There is a whole literature which teaches that, if crimes against the public order occurred, failing to prosecute them hastens democratic decline.

Lead was really bad, but my pet theory is that all the nascent serial killers are now mass shooters or ICE agents.
