Funny thing about SNAP benefits. It creates markets for farmers. That is one reason it is part of the farm bill.

In another thread someone wondered why we don’t just self insure? My answer was premature babies and cancer. I’ve had both. Only the true 1% could self pay for those.

I’ve had HughesNet and Viasat. Not even close to Starlink. I hate using Starlink but unless someone runs fiber optic to my house, and I cannot even get a reliable copper landline because the company won’t bury one that can survive the road grader, it’s my only reasonable choice.
