Según el Informe sobre Desconexión Digital de InfoJobs, de 2024, el 79 % de las personas trabajadoras en España contesta correos o llamadas fuera de su jornada y el 59 % no desconecta durante el verano. Este patrón, lejos de ser una muestra de compromiso laboral, plantea serias dudas tanto sobre el bienestar de quienes trabajan como sobre el funcionamiento organizativo. La falta de desconexión se vincula con el agotamiento emocional, la dificultad para conciliar y el aumento de la intención de abandonar el empleo. En el plano colectivo, las consecuencias se traducen en problemas de rotación, pérdida de productividad sostenible y deterioro del clima de trabajo. A largo plazo, los efectos se acumulan: menor capacidad de innovación, tensiones en la colaboración e incluso la aparición de dinámicas defensivas como la ocultación de conocimiento. On April 23rd, Catalans give roses for love and books for culture: it's Sant Jordi, our patron saint. The rose comes from his legend; books honor Cervantes & Shakespeare.
