Cool, so I went out to decompress from the nightmare of trying to figure out health insurance and think the “solution” is that just one of us gets health insurance for next year because that’s better than both of us going without. How is this the world we live in?

I’ve been working 10-12 hours a day for about a year now & feel guilty every time I take more than a few hours off or spend any money that’s not a necessity. My stress level couldn’t afford to be higher, but this senate vote has really sent it over the edge. We’re just trying to survive out here.

I know the idea of supporting small businesses is totally played out but if you know self employed artists or creatives right now and have any way to support them it would be a great time to do that. Art is a gift that benefits an artist, the giver, and the receiver all equally.

So, we’re all boycotting flying for the holidays now, right? Because I’m pretty sure I’m losing my healthcare just so people don’t have to have the sads at the airport.

Wow, I have been angry so many times in my life, but the rage I feel right now at this foolish compromise 8 democrats made is filling me with a rage that is actually uncomfortable. That the lives of so many Americans are meaningless to these disgusting human beings is just truly devastating to me.

If I’m going to lose my healthcare because of 8 spineless democrats and and even more spineless party leader with Schumer, I expect nothing less than the democrats ousting Schumer. This is the most disgustingly weak leadership I could imagine.

My 22 year old daughter who works full time as a cook, became aware of families in our neighborhood that for various reasons cannot get to the food bank but whose snap benefits have run out.

It’s official: We won’t have health insurance next year. Between the subsidies going away and the fact that the plans have gone up in price so much, there’s just no way for us to keep it. We already were going into debt to pay our insurance with the credits. We need single payer healthcare now.
