A “racist undercurrent” 😂😂. Media like the NY Times only seem to parse their words when it comes to calling out racism. Media is once again ill equipped to be an effective conduit of information in this moment.

The homogeneity of the press makes it hard for them to meet this moment.We need the press to scrutinize these claims, not “neutrally” repeat them. Word choice matters. Their bland writing lends credibility to his claims, especially since many readers don’t go past the headline & first paragraph.
