MAGA doesn't even have room for a *Herman Cain* Black. I don't think some of these people understand this.

the grievances of the Right are 'legitimate' and exist because the Left 'goes too far.' The grievances of the Left(s) are illegitimate because they are disfavored groups who should be grateful to get to live in this country.
I am remembering how the Tea Party protests in the Obama administration (2009-2010) were covered and thinking about how that coverage compares to the No Kings protests. #contentiousky

So goes the South, so goes the nation. The fascism happening now, has been happening in the South since 2010. So please stop talking about the South as some ass backwards place. Like Malcolm X said, “as long as you are south of the Canadian border, you are south.”

It really is like watching a broadcast of a storm coming in that will destroy everything and people are just shrugging and saying "we've been through worse" when no, no they haven't.

People are NOT understanding what empty cargo ships from China means.

It means no work for dock workers. No work for truck drivers, no work for retailers, fewer dollars circulating. The cascade effect is just mind boggling.

Just so we’re clear, everybody calling Kilmar Abrego Garcia a “terrorist” or a “gang member” are lying, and they know they’re lying, and they repeat it for purposes of confusing people who don’t follow this stuff closely into accepting what was done to him.

Abrego Garcia & MS-13. What do we know?
The allegation seems to stem from double hearsay in a document authored by a later suspended detective.

92% of Black and 78% of Black men knew. Black people in America have lived under fascism longer than we have democracy. We know what it looks & feels like.

This is really sad. Americans have jumped the shark. Its all over but the shouting.
Minnesota school board votes to take down inclusive posters—pays parents $30K in damages.

Parents sued claiming that posters with messages like "Be Kind" & "We Are Stronger Together" fostered a "hostile educational environment."

It is worth remembering that this political interference with universities began in the South around 2018.
The oppressive tactics used to terrorize people in the south always metastasized to the entire country.Ignore what is happening in the south at your own peril. It eventually comes for everyone.
