Imagine someone saying this about other skill sets that require practice. “I don’t have natural soccer abilities, so I have to use the kicks-ball-for-me machine.” Develop a skill or don’t. It’s fine. But using an LLM or a kicks-ball-for-me machine still means you aren’t the one doing that thing.

A request to the wider universe: stop putting AI in everything.
My browser does not need AI, my notepad does not need AI, my fuckin e-reader does not need AI.
I don't need AI at all in fact, I've done fine up to this point without it, with the added benefit of maintaining my higher brain function.

Do today? We should enforce/expand laws to protect workers. We should allow workers to freely organize. We should provide universal basic income. We should provide health insurance to everyone (single payer kids).
