Was going to make a tweet regarding the issues with the US's suicide prevention hotline, 988, but I stepped back for a minute because of the stuff I've heard. Some complain about lose gun rights, I mean sure I'd be mad too but I'd be more mad at my bodily autonomy being stolen in the name of "help".

I just wanted to get this out on here, really scared of what's to come within the medical field with psuedosciences like Psychiatry becoming mainstream, and the hatred for Psychiatry being mixed up with the hatred for vaccines.

Wow, I really was in such a horrible state while I was on Twitter.
Now that I've actually started my professional MH journey, I've seen how bad and broken mental healthcare is. Either it is the best thing you will experience, or the worst thing that will ruin the rest of your life.
Its really sad.

For my physical health, I went to doctors to become better, and that was the case.
For my mental health, I would have gone to doctors to get objectively worse.

I just want to make this clear out here, I'm not anti-psychiatry as long as it is done right. I'm not against SSRIs as long as they're given to the correct people without getting them addicted. Unfortunately the opposite of which is happening in the U.S., and many report side effects ruining them.
