Lemme tell you, for those of us with Seasonal Affective Disorder, it is…. Not a Great Choice either. Being anti-Nazi is my single issue as a voter, but if anyone seriously ran on abolishing Daylight Savings I could find room for a second issue.

My personal favorite Trek episode of all time is still “The City on the Edge of Forever” from TOS, but “In the Pale Moonlight” of DS9 is a very strong contender.

I feel this, it’s been happening to me a lot lately in my (very) long running Enemy Within campaign for Warhammer Fantasy 4th Ed. The results have not matched what should be the dangerous tone of the setting.

I loved the book, it was such a good Alien story, it’s unreal that it’s just functionally unavailable in any format now. (I also loved that Olivia got to show up again in Philippe Ballantine’s Alien book)

Also to your original post, the Benoit Blanc series is some of the best mystery movies I've ever watched, I cannot *wait* for Wake Up Dead Man.

The one thing I’ll give them is Branagh clearly loves this role/has been dying to play the part for his whole life and the passion does show in his portrayal. Those mustaches are an abomination though. 😂

I’m right there too. For me I think I get sucked in by the production values (they’re drop dead gorgeous films) and my love of the source material, but the actual content is…. Ehhhhh
