Modeling flu and Covid out suggests a 0.04% IFR for covid, and also suggests we are still undercounting acute covid deaths to an extent.

NIOSH has been RIFed as part of the CDC RIF.

To be clear, the regulator peer to MSHA is OSHA. NIOSH is the standards, labs and recommendations org for OSHA. But, confusingly, NIOSH is part of CDC, and thus DHHS.
