Its amazing and depressing. A few days ago the conversation was all about what kinds of sanctions Trump will put on Russia, now the talk is about what territory Ukraine will be asked to cede to Russia.
And some people still think Trump might help Ukraine....

In 2023, the City Council passed a package of laws expanding access to housing vouchers. Eric Adams vetoed it.

Then the Council overrode his veto. The Mayor refused to implement it. Now a court says he has to.

What a ridiculous waste of time during a housing crisis.

Latest inflation numbers just dropped.

Headline CPI rose 0.3% in May, and has now risen 2.7% over the past year.

Core CPI rose 0.2%, and is running at 2.9%.

These numbers are pretty much in line with expectations.

The absence of bad news is good news.
