Today, MAGA is losing it over this video of Pete Hegseth SLAMMING Trump.

“All bluster, very low substance… he’s an armchair tough guy. He said that John McCain is not a war hero yet he sought his own five military deferments.”

RT to ruin Trump’s day!

Fun fact: The Morrison Govt spent $20.8bn on consultants in its final year. Dutton's plan to cut public service jobs will damage the effectiveness of govt depts to provide services to Australians. Plus govt money will be wasted paying expensive private sector consultants. #auspol #AusVotes2025

This is true. We've sat through the Ross Byrne era, then the Harry Byrne era, then the Ciaran Frawley era, then the Ross Byrne era again, then it was Frawley's era again before a brief return of the Harry Byrne era before Ross has another go at it being his era before Frawley's era ended in November
I could be more objective about SP if I hadn't been hearing Ross Byrne is the man Harry Byrne is the man ,Frawley is the man from the same cohort who now say SP is the man , he may well be but at this moment he is not the finished article by any means

Just re-upping this again because the Temu Trumps in the LNP insist on bringing every culture war here: the Morrison govt spent $20.8bn on consultants in its final year - the equivalent of 54,000 FT public servants. The private sector benefits with govt cuts. No one else.

this is what long-time Elon watchers call "The Realization": when Elon stumbles into your area of expertise, and you realize everyone just gives the guy the benefit of the doubt because he talks about complicated things people don't pay attention to
I’ve been thinking about how monumentally stupid the Elon video game cheating thing is and I think it comes back to this post

there aren’t a ton of people who work in cars, or rockets, or even software

but everyone - everyone! - understands cheating at video games

totally unnecessary self-own

Can they just ignore his rants in social media posts?
Force him or his minions to do it face to face or in a phone call. Like all trolls he will be much less brave when the keyboard is removed and replaced with a human being on the other side who can provide instant feedback such as
"Say What?!?"
