While things are looking very bleak right now, I gotta remind y'all:
We have to keep going! The fact we are living, speaking out and staying firm in our morals is the biggest threat to the current admin. Don't get goaded into fighting with randos or each other. Stay united, focused and hopeful.

Let's put this in context: CHILDREN were MURDERED while PRAYING; Politicans were MURDERED IN THEIR OWN HOME, and it was forggoten within a week. Now were honoring the life of a man who's goal it was to divide and further marginalize people who need protection now more than ever.

To preface: there should be more efforts to unionize overall.
You can and should unionize jobs in the tech sector. So many companies see IT, Software dev, etc. as disposable and interchangeable, and give them little to no say in what happens. All the more important with the rise of AI.

I admit this is kinda wacky, but reading botany textbooks has soothed my soul in these trying times. (I am not a botanist or even a biologist in any sense)
