i don't mean to single out baseball fans here, because you see this in lots of fan communities, but in certain corners people talk as though baseball is real. they think all the players are real people and the stadiums are places you can actually visit. to each their own, but that cannot be healthy

watched takopi 1-5, was a little hesitant to start since I was worried it would just be wallowing in misery/shock value but fortunately it's not that at all despite how heavy it is. Think this will be my favorite of the season if ep 6 delivers a satisfying ending.

I would focus on the people holding the gun rather than the head it’s pointed at for no other reason that they’ve come for storefront after storefront and they are not going to stop unless there is real collective pushback.

Completely unexpected and heartening but after the buffalo fiasco you can never count on NY dems to come through after the primary
Ultimately I feel pretty ambivalent about gqqqqqx since on hand it's got heart and had some fun moments but on the other I'm so tired of char/UC wankery that I was disappointed when it pivoted hard in that direction, but the biggest problem throughout was undoubtedly the charisma black hole Shuji.
