My company did a full 180 after the workforce went all remote in 2020. I’ve been remote since 2009 & fought so many battles advocating for the expansion of it. Now it’s fully a remote company w/hybrid options for those close enough to an office. They even downsized that office space to accommodate.

Remote work has been shown to increase productivity and employee welfare. The fact that so many companies ditch that for the sake of the illusion of power and cost of real estate astounds me from a business perspective. From the people perspective, it’s not surprising at all.

Man that sounds so intriguing. And when has “there’s no way he’s alive” ever stopped The Mouse? 🙄

The Speed Racer live action movie is 100% how you adapt for live action. It balanced what people recognized from the cartoon with what makes an entertaining and good movie. It kept the heart and humor and was pitch perfect on those notes! And the cast was all in!
