Compare that to this Dolce & Gabbana phone bag *on sale*
I would never pay this kind of money for either, but they’re going after a certain market that will.

Today’s cardio workout album was Space Ninjas from Hell. I’m such a sucker for campy fantasy themes in metal.
Switched to Gloryhammer for the last 15 min since this is only about 45 min long.

This turned out to not really be true, btw. Using AI-generated data for training is now a very common practice.
But public discourse lags way behind the actual research

I use almost exclusively digital media, with the exception of books I really care about.
But I've used like a strip steak's worth of water using cloud AI while the Luddites preach the value of physical media
(DRM-free digital media is way more practical to preserve)

Hate this shit. There are a lot of activists with selective focus, and
a) we can't really expect everyone to be perfectly well-informed and have the energy to talk about everything
b) some people obviously are just doing what's cool in their social groups
but Greta DOES talk about Sudan A LOT

One thing a lot of people are too young to remember at this point but most folks 30+ will
Food stamps used to basically be little Monopoly money-esque bills that came in tear-out booklets before they switched over to using debit cards around the turn of the millennium

Thinking trans women technologists deserve death threats for trying to stay competitive in careers where we already face discrimination is massively transphobic, and I refuse to pretend it isn’t

A ton of people on food stamps have a job, they just still don't make enough to make ends meet.
If you're like this, you should probably look into getting food stamps, too many have just have internalized the idea using social programs is bad or shameful.
