it was very stormy last night and my mom was like “i don’t know if we’ll get any trick or treaters!” and i was like don’t you underestimate people from upstate new york
definitely less kids than last year but the closer neighbors definitely still showed up as i expected

just had to go downstairs and lure my cat upstairs so she would stop yelling outside my parents bedroom door it took like ten minutes to convince her she can sleep on my bed instead
