WEB I18N GAP FIXED: Greek case conversion
WebKit now supports Greek specific behaviours for text-transform: uppercase:
- words that are all uppercase lose tonos
- for diphthongs with tonos on the first character tonos is removed but a dialytika is added above the second character in the diphthong

Character pickers can now show the grapheme clusters in a highlighted string.
The Grapheme segmenter app has also been updated to incorporate the Unicode 15.1 segmentation rules for indic conjuncts.

WEB I18N GAP FIXED: Mongolian characters incorrectly rotated and not joining in vertical text
It is now possible to view vertical Mongolian text with joined up letters in the expected orientation, by default, in WebKit browsers. This brings it in line with Blink and Gecko engines.
