Wise words. Self care is even more important these days. You can't save the world if you're depressed.

I prefer a functioning democracy to an autocratic oligarchy (such as the incoming Donald Trump regime) anytime. Canada, do not vote Conservative or you will end up like our neighbours to the south. These are not your parents’ Progressive Conservatives.
