maaan my legs still hurt after racing on wednesday cuz i did two one-mile relay legs with 40 mins between them and it was too cold for my legs to not get stiff in the waiting time…im in terrible shape for sure but it’s Too Damn Cold

im running legs 2 and 10 of the bbg square mile relay today and i am SO not looking forward to the ~45 mins of standing around between my laps
