I just tried some ~gentle exercise because I'm trying to do all the pre-surgery shit to make recovery easier and blah blah it used to help my cramps
I gently jogged with a toddler on her scooter and am now in a full endo flare. Kill me

He was the most autistic man I ever met but incredibly thorough and straightforward and doesn't believe in wasting time. So surgery is happening in April
I have a consultation with a surgeon tomorrow and yet another pelvic ultrasound but at least his office is across from the fancy mall with the Cheesecake Factory
