In Northern Sweden, official sports events are cancelled when temps are below 5F, and kids at school go outside everyday regardless of the temperature… It comes down to clothing (which can be expensive)

It was fun to be a part of the research in the little way I could. Glad you think it helped! And it’s my pleasure to promote it. It’s important to better understand how seemingly small changes in policy can have such big changes on the ground.
