Every trans person applying for an accurate passport under this class action should know that the State Department is keeping tabs on them. The agency is tracking attestation forms and wants to revoke and replace passports if a higher court rules in its favor.

This week, I've talked to several Houstonians w/WILD survival stories from the Texas floods.
Turns out, out-of-towners were left esp. vulnerable, almost by design - county officials avoided some flood alert systems they saw as costing locals $ and only benefitting tourists/"crazy Houstonians."
