I watched Moonstruck last summer and since then have not stopped seeing people talking about it. I thought it was a very fun watch so I'm totally on board, but was I at the start of a trend?? have people always been talking about Moonstruck and I've just been missing it??? Many mysteries!

I saw ptarmigans up in Churchill Canada a few weeks ago and didn’t hear them make any sounds so this is an excellent discovery for me, perfect birds lol

Ptarmigan is from Gaelic 'tarmachan' meaning "croaker". The p- was added when people mistakenly assumed it was a Greek word.

I use youtube for multiple reasons so I have a weird jumble of stats lol— squirrels for my cat, vods for wfh company and I do actually watch MinnMax and Baylee Jae vids regularly!
Also the award is very accurate, love travel, decorating, and organizing tbh

My flight from DCA for tomorrow morning was cancelled 😐 but! I was rebooked on a new flight with slightly different route + later time within 20 minutes. Hoping I don’t wake up to another cancellation!!

🏛️ Beautiful mosaic floor of the Roman baths at the Sanctuary of Poseidon, Isthmia, Greece. The baths were built ca 150 CE and were used by the athletes who performed in the Isthmian Games. The mosaic depicts Triton and sea creatures. Video filmed a couple of days ago.

Sedation dentistry is no longer weird. Phone cameras are really good. The price of solar panels has dropped by tens of thousands. Southern white rhinos, giant pandas, Arabian oryx and Stellar sea lions are no longer endangered.
And, I can testify, modern cancer treatments are fucking amazing.
