In May, Bonneville Power Administration chose to join an energy trading market that would raise customer bills, limit access to clean energy, & weaken grid reliability. Now, five NW energy and conservation groups, represented by Earthjustice, are suing to review & hopefully reverse BPA's decision.

The lawsuit comes after governors, lawmakers, utility regulators and renewable energy proponents in the region unsuccessfully pressed the BPA to reconsider its plans.

Breaking: We’re suing the Trump admin for removing climate change focused information from the USDA website. The move cuts off farmers, researchers, and advocates from accessing critical resources and funding.

We all need clean air and water, and for that we rely on a strong EPA. If the Trump administration carries out its plans, no doubt people will die. They’re calling for 65% EPA cuts, revoking hard-earned environmental regulations and protections + freezing disbursements for environmental projects.
