The Homeromanteion is a series of papyri fragments. It has a list of oracular extracts from Homer, each one linked to three numbers. Using three 6-sided dice, you get a random extract. Knowing that this type of numerical divination existed, it is possible that these dice were used in similar ways.

This is a replica of one of several 20 sided dice that have been found around Ptolemaic and Roman sites. It's use has been lost to time, it has been theorized that it could be part of some game. But, one of the most plausible theories is that they were used for divination, because of another find:
