My industry is getting slaughtered by tariffs, market reduction, supply chains, etc., and I'm faced with the "real adult fear" of having a deadline to find another job, but I saw my first Fox Sparrow today in the woods so it's not all bad. (not sarcasm, look at him go)

Yesterday I was given a 2 month notice of my company downsizing and moving states, so this makes 3 times since 2022 that I've been laid off. Fair to say, I'm tired.

I don't think you can get AI creeps on how Miyazaki would hate their Ghibili inspired slop. They have shown to be actively hostile to creators, craft and creativity as a concept. Does anyone who home prints their comics/illustrations have printer recommendations? My Epson WF-7720 is dead and it's been so long since I've had to buy a printer I don't know what the "least bad" option is. Looking for something that can print color 13x19" for a reasonable price.

It's not just fdr. One of the things the epa did not long after it was formed was document the nation's pollution via photography. That can seem frivolous, but generations of Americans have no idea why the EPA was necessary. This broke a million views when we published it in 2017
