The fact that Amazon workers were told to keep working in these conditions is unforgivable.

TikTok is now banned and I feel like I’m grieving for its loss. People are saying Donald Trump is gonna save it but will TikTok be the same? Or will it be full of right wing propaganda like Twitter?

Crockett: It was my ancestors that built the White House. If we have been good enough to build this country, we are good enough to serve in other ways. Stop trying to act as if only white men are the ones that are capable because you’re sitting with 3 very capable black women

That's how much Big Oil has spent over the last 30 years paying off Congress to look the other way on climate action while the planet burns.

Well, the planet is burning.
Don't let them look away.

These extraordinary photos of the LA fires have been shared widely on social media, often without crediting the photographer.

These are all the work of Ethan Swope, an LA-based photojournalist working for AP.

i’m kind of amazed at how this is just the crudest, most obvious n****rbaiting you can imagine. “the people you don’t like, yeah, they are responsible for everything bad.” and it works!

Do conservatives have any empathy?
I used to think that when global warming truly began to bite, deniers would face reality & we could act. Now I think it's more likely it will lead to a kind of fascism that will respond to global warming by, like, executing everyone who says global warming is real.
