Great to see Grangehill Road being resurfaced today following campaigning by local Conservatives.

We’ve raised with officers about how this impacts residents bin collections on Grangehill and whether green and black bins will be collected later in the week instead.

Plans are in for padel courts at the Old Police Station site in Eltham for up to five years.

The long term future of the site is still to be decided, and we’ll continue to push for a new police base in Eltham, but this is good news.

We’ve just reported this fly-tipping on Glenlea Road.

We’ve previously reported this location as a hotspot for fly-tipping and we’ll be following up with the Council to encourage them to do more to tackle it.

Earlier this week we posted about potholes on Eltham Park Gardens and RBGs policy towards our roads of ‘managed decline’.

Yesterday when we went to speak to residents, the potholes had been filled in!

🔵 It's six months since I was elected your councillor here in Eltham Town & Avery Hill, and it has been a busy time!

I've been focused on delivering on resident's priorities and we've made enormous progress so far, but there is still so much more to do.

I previously posted about proposals for new flats on Westmount Rd.

Following consultation RBG have submitted the planning application with changes following residents comments.

You can see more info below, but in my view the changes are very positive!

I spoke to Greenwich Wire about Santander closing their Eltham branch.

Branch closures disproportionately impact our most vulnerably & elderly residents. We’ll be engaging with both LINK Nationwide to try & ensure in-person banking remains in Eltham.

Very disappointing to receive confirmation from Santander this morning that their Eltham branch will be closing on the 23rd June, especially as they had given me assurance last April that they had no plans to close the branch.

Yet again Greenwich Labour's actions fail to match their words.

This administration has consistently failed to meaningfully engage with residents and community groups on decisions that will shape the future of our Borough over the last 3 years.

The sinkhole has been repaired & Dunvegan Road is finally open again after a couple of months!

Hopeful that the repair this time is more thorough & there aren’t further issues. Longer term, Dunvegan is in a real state & we will get into the Council to prioritise resurfacing it.
